We offer both Small Group Fitness classes and personal training sessions. Our small group classes hold 4-8 people, focus on strength, stability, and flexibility, and are tailored to each individual based on a baseline screening.
Personal training is appropriate for school-age children through older adults. Small group classes are appropriate for high school-aged children and adults of any age. We have members aged 15 to 88! Since training is individualized, all skill levels are welcome!
Comfortable clothing and gym shoes. Being able to move freely and comfortably is the most important thing about gym attire. You don’t need the latest and greatest workout wear from sporting goods boutiques or stores, just comfortable clothing.
The cost of our programs vary depending on your individualized needs. We are not as inexpensive as a large fitness center, but our specialized programs merge personal attention and state of the art programing, which is INVALUABLE! We encourage you to try a FREE CLASS to see for yourself!
I love working out a SpineFit. Small classes, motivated coaches, super clean. I've been working out there since they opened May 2 and I'm definitely stronger. Picking up my kid is easier. I haven't flared up my back. They personalize every workout to each person. If you can't run, they get you to do something else. If a particular exercise hurts your shoulder, they'll get you doing something else. If something is too easy or too hard, they know how to step it up or step it down so that you get the most out of every workout.
